Shareholders Opportunities

We are a young but established financial planning company licensed by the Securities Commission to conduct financial planning activities.

In order to tap the expanding financial services industry, we are inviting individuals to join us as full time partners-shareholders in the expanding and challenging business in financial planning and other related financial services.

A qualification in CFP, ChFC, RFP or equivalent is preferred but not a pre-requisite. Leadership qualities and the ability to take risks and challenges in a growing business are mandatory. Those pursuing the financial planning qualifications stated above may want to consider this opportunity under the CFP Mentoring Program. Bumiputras are encouraged to apply. The Growing Market
The market for financial services and products is very big and is growing rapidly as Malaysia gradually liberalize her capital markets. Due to the expanding business opportunities, we are looking for Leaders to join us as "Partners" and "Shareholders" in a licensed financial planning firm.

The Person
You are probably someone who is already involved in one or more of the financial products and services industries such as unit trusts, insurance, wills writing, tax services, etc. You and your Team or Group has been doing fairly well for some years. You do earn a good income but somehow and for some reasons which you may not be aware of, you don't seem to be getting the DESIRED RESULT!

The Situation You are in
No matter how good you are, or how good your sales are, there is very little possibility that you could be offered "partnership" or "shareholdings" in the company that you faithfully helped to build the businesses over the years. On the other extreme, there is every possibility that you may be terminated "without assigning any reasons whatsoever" by the same company that you have faithfully served. In the end, you probably realized that you were forced out without compensation. To repeat the process would be foolish and a waste of time.
