OSK Trustees Berhad, a trust corporation registered under the Trust Companies Act 1949
and member of the Association of Trust Companies Malaysia
One of the missions of OSK Trustees Berhad is to provide affordable
professional private trustee services, that can fulfill each client’s needs
especially from the financial and estate planning aspects as well as at the
client’s greatest convenience.
What do we do?
OSK Trustees Berhad undertakes all types of trustee business including:

Private Trustee services, which usually cater to personal or family needs of
individual clients.

Corporate Trustee services, either required by legislation to protect the
interests of the members of the public who participate in various schemes of a
commercial nature or otherwise.
We see ourselves as a one stop Wealth Protection & Wealth Distribution
solutions centre. In other words, we provide a full range of products and
services which meet both the client’s Wealth Distribution/Estate Planning needs
and Wealth Protection needs such as Private Purpose Trust and other types of
living trusts. All our expertise lies with our in-house staff and lawyers. We
do not outsource any of the services to third parties, thereby ensuring
