CTLA FINANCIAL CONCEPTS was introduced as a Business
Unit and Marketing Division of CTLA FINANCIAL PLANNERS SDN. BHD. on the 3 January
2005. The rationale for this new development is to separate the financial planning
activities (which is conducted by CTLA Financial Planners Sdn. Bhd.) from that of
marketing financial products and services (which is conducted by CTLA Financial
Concepts.) This Marketing Division also create an opportunity for people who are
already in financial services to work with us in order to widen their product range
and sharpen their skills in financial services which they may not be able to do so in
their present environment.
In this new environment, "MARKETING" and not 'SELLING' is the
"Key" word. Our "Approach" to doing business with clients is to study what
they need and not what we have to sell; and then satisfy those needs, and not glib
talk and ‘pushing products’. Our "Focus" is to "Add-Value" to clients
about what is best in their interest including communication on a regular basis and
provision of information relevant to their situation. Our "Role" is to educate
our clients about their own financial affairs and encourage them to play an active
role in managing them.
In this fast changing and competitive environment, only the well-trained consultant
who is also up-to-date in current affairs will do well. At CTLA Financial Concepts,
we believe we have the training methodologies and experience to develop the right
